CBS Entertainment is looking for a Manager, Talent and Casting. This role reports to the EVP, Network Talent and Casting. The Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining databases, tracking talent and seeking new talent for our unscripted and scripted programming.


Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain casting database and other high-level internal documents with talent information.

  • Collaborate with casting executives in the department on scripted and unscripted show coverage, talent meetings, brainstorm sessions, talent showcase, and other department initiatives.

  • Communicate with agents, managers and casting directors. Work closely with internal Development, Current, and Inclusion executives.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of casting experience preferably within either a studio or network


Additional Qualifications:

  • Must be able to interact with talent, agents, creative production personnel, and executives

  • Must be able to work under constant deadlines

  • Aware of casting basic terminology used daily

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong knowledge of actors
