Overview & Responsibilities: 

We are the Audience Acquisition team, part of the ViacomCBS Streaming Group, Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team (MACS). We work closely with the digital teams at ViacomCBS to promote and amplify the very best content and products of what is produced every day. 


We are looking for a dedicated and organized team member to support the MACS Audience Acquisition marketing team and grow within this exciting team. You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are a fast learner and are willing to tackle projects and direction as assigned. You show a strong work ethic and strive to continually learn and grow your digital marketing skills. You are organized, punctual and professional. The role will support the team’s efforts on acquisition campaigns, with special focus on affiliate and mobile acquisition marketing campaigns. 



  • Update and deliver reports to the Audience Acquisition and BU marketing team
  • Support affiliate communication by building out newsletters and uploading creatives
  • Develop and grow relationships with major affiliates and mobile networks
  • Assist management, monitoring, and administration of affiliate and mobile campaigns to ensure partners are updated on promoting content and hitting performance goals
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates
  • Attends team meetings and department calls
  • Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends
  • Implement special projects as needed
  • Update marketing vendor reports
  • Assist with communicating and recruiting affiliate partners
  • Ensure mobile networks are aligned with goals
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in paid digital advertising such as search (i.e. Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.), paid social (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, etc), or mobile app marketing or digital display paid campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience working with Affiliate Networks (Impact Radius, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, email, display, search marketing, mobile
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to interpret and format large data sets
