Paramount+ also enables subscribers to stream local CBS stations live across the U.S. in addition to the ability to stream ViacomCBS Streaming’s other live channels: CBSN for 24/7 news, CBS Sports HQ for sports news and analysis, and ET Live for entertainment coverage.



ViacomCBS Streaming Division (Paramount+) is looking for a marketer to join the Product Marketing team. The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for capturing and leading all aspects of Marketing's product priorities and crafting the strategic roadmap between Marketing and Product across platforms and devices. The ideal candidate will lead campaigns and priorities and will need to bring an operational and strategic approach.



The role requires strong experience in product marketing within digital marketing channels, ability to communicate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition, this person will need experience in leading all aspects of and managing a team. This position will be working cross-functionally across ViacomCBS Streaming teams such as Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Data & Insights Group. The position can be based in NYC or LA.



  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans across all platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.)
  • Establish the process and workflows, from concept to launch, for campaigns and ensure accurate documentation has been recorded
  • Lead and prioritize accordingly the product requests from Consumer Marketing department and present to Product team and/or leadership
  • Ensure alignment on plans and priorities across cross-functional teams
  • Understand the full purchase funnel as well as the lifecycle journey across channels and platforms
  • Lead and communicate regular updates to executive leadership and partners on progress of product tests or feature launches
  • Recommend and explore new opportunities and technologies that map back to the team’s metrics and priorities
  • Adopt a broad approach in planning and execution that takes into account data, consumer insights, and analyses



  • Minimum 10 years of product marketing and digital experience
  • An ability to be strategic and ideate but implement in an efficient manner
  • Strong analytical skills to distill performance and insights as well as present outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with flexibility to handle off-hour requests
  • Experience in management and development of junior members of the team
