The Senior Director of Operations Integration is a leader that is passionate about the delivery of new or non-standard projects which span multiple functional areas and require extensive operational integration. You will be responsible for the operationalizing of new products, project delivery and business priorities which drive significant business impact. In this role you will drive improvements to the way Pluto TV Engineering Operations works with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Intake, integrate, launch and track all new non-standard operational changes
  • Intake, integrate, launch and track all change-management of existing Business Operations
  • Provide weekly status to key stakeholders
  • Measure and report dwell time and while develop forum for resolution of competing priorities

Qualities / Experience We’re Seeking

We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in this role:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership experience in multi level technical organizations
  • Extensive knowledge DCF/CBA/ROI based decision making framework
  • Extensive knowledge of project management
  • Extensive knowledge of developing operational telemetry and KPI Mapping
  • Proven experience providing near real time clear operations and results to extended internal and external partners
  • Demonstrate experience with rapid proof of concept development/iterations
