This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of all executive work-product supporting the VP Animation Development and Sr. Manager Animation Development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform internal and external distribution of Agreements and correspondence
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm meetings/maintain daily schedules, photocopy materials, facsimile/e-mail distributes and route incoming and outgoing mail that may include large distribution lists
  • Provide script coverage & feedback of overall creative material
  • Compose and generate letters and memos, back-up proof reading and editing on documents prepared by supervisor, be a notetaker in meetings
  • Generate expense reports & create/maintain files
  • Liaise with internal departments and external entities as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of all work products; including by not limited to sales reports, market overviews, contract tracking and PowerPoint presentations
  • Enter status of projects in various status report databases
  • Arrange travel

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of related experience

 

Desired skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management
  • Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
