Division Overview:

We are the Audience Acquisition team, part of the Paramount Streaming Group, Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team (MACS). We work closely with the digital teams at Paramount to promote and amplify the very best content and products of what is produced every day.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized team member to support the MACS Audience Acquisition marketing team and grow within this exciting team. You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are a fast learner and are willing to take on projects and direction as assigned. You show a strong work ethic and strive to continually learn and grow your digital marketing skills. You are organized, punctual and professional. The role will support the team’s efforts on acquisition campaigns, with special focus on affiliate and mobile acquisition marketing campaigns.



  • Update and deliver reports to the Audience Acquisition and BU marketing team.
  • QA campaign launches and ensure data is being accurately fed into reporting tools.
  • Support affiliate communication by building out newsletters and uploading creatives.
  • Develop and grow relationships with major affiliates and mobile networks.
  • Assist management, monitoring, and administration of affiliate and mobile campaigns to ensure partners are updated on promoting content and hitting performance goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Attends and presents in team meetings and department calls.
  • Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends.
  • Complete special projects as needed.


Key Projects -

  • Update marketing vendor reports.
  • Assist with communicating and recruiting affiliate partners.
  • Monitor mobile networks to ensure they are aligned with goals.
  • Keep track of campaigns by creating decks.


Basic Qualifications:

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising such as search (i.e. Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc.), paid social (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, etc), or mobile app marketing or digital display paid campaigns.
  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, email, display, search marketing, mobile.
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to interpret and format large data sets.

  • Sales driven professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with regular check-ins and supervision from department leaders or teammates to communicate back progress and updates.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and strong work ethic!
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills!
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and comfortable using team collaboration software like Basecamp or Asana, preferred.
