Role Overview & Responsibilities
BET Networks in Chicago, IL is looking for a Sales Planner! You will be the primary contact of the Sales Planning department to the Account Executive regarding all assigned accounts. Additionally, will work with the Sales Assistant, as a team, to ensure all maintenance associated with accounts runs as ordered and that all client guarantees are delivered. The Sales Planner reports to the Sales, Planning Manager
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years minimum Sales planning or advertising agency buying/planning experience
- Media Math skills required
Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, efficient, teammate, and strategic thinker
- Occasional overtime required especially during Upfront season
