The Nickelodeon Marketing team is made up of 300 Creative, Marketing and Operations teammates. Marketing Operations sits in the center of the team supporting all processes and tools that keep our team and projects running efficiently. Support Vice President in fulfilling the day-to-day and long-term needs of the Marketing Operations department. This is an incredible learning opportunity for someone interested in beginning their career in Entertainment Marketing, Project Management, Marketing Finance and Marketing Technology systems. In addition to providing 50% administrative support to the VP, you will provide 50% support to the department and act as a department assistant. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Creative and Program Marketing team on project related work.



  • Administrative Duties include coordinating daily calendars and schedules, scheduling meetings as necessary, corresponding with people of various levels, prioritizing meetings, and onboarding new hires
  • Coordinate vendor presentations and meetings
  • Support the onboarding of new technology and productivity tools for the Marketing department
  • Support the Marketing Operations VP on budget coordination and liaising with finance
  • Manage expense reports and travel organization
  • Coordinate and prepare conference rooms for high profile meetings
  • Assisting in the completion of presentation decks and materials
  • Help support project management or manage smaller projects independently
  • Office (& return to office) management including maintaining the floor’s seating arrangements, light filing, mailing, ordering supplies, and deliveries
  • Supporting the department and department VPs as necessary


Basic qualifications:

  • 0-2 years experience, preferably with marketing or entertainment exposure/experience (strong internship experience considered)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred


Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficient to advanced user of Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Well organized, highly meticulous, able to prioritize different projects and requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive and effective working relationships
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Problem solver
