TV Music Coordinator

We are looking for a Coordinator-level candidate to join the Creative Music Strategy Team and collaborate with the Director, WC Music Ops to achieve desired results related to Cue Sheet creation, approval and submission. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with meticulous spreadsheet skills and an ability to link ideas and theories from one situation to another. They should be data driven and articulate with the ability to communicate effectively both within the team and externally. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Viewing episodes of current CBS productions to verify cue sheet information (e.g., timing, usage, and copyright information)
  • Finalizing cue sheets for submission to the PROs
  • Helping to ensure all required assets are received and property catalogued
  • Proactively troubleshooting issues to come up with effective solutions


Job requirements:

  • In depth understanding of cue sheets and their importance
  • Familiarity with PROs
  • Knowledge of web-based cue sheet systems Q, SoundMouse, and RapidCue a plus
  • Basic knowledge of television music and music publishing preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proper time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter


  • Proficiency in Excel, QuickTime, and Outlook
  • 1-2 years cue sheet or TV music experience
  • Knowledge of other computer applications a plus
