Is this the role for you?

V Creative is a fast paced department with a high turnover of short-form work. The department is responsible for creative output ranging from promos, social, brand development through to high profile multiplatform 360 marketing campaigns for show launches and Events.

The Creative Assistant is vital to the smooth running of the creative department, assisting producers on their deliveries, reporting all music to Sky, re-delivering all content where necessary, and producing and ensuring all channel maintenance and continuity is up to date and on brand.


What will you be doing?

  • Producing channel continuity and maintenance across the four Nickelodeon Channels using Adobe Premiere, writing scripts, editing, directing audio and voice over sessions through to final delivery.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of all on air content.
  • Daily check of missing list, liaising with producers and submitting late delivery requests on producer’s behalf.
  • Responsible for QC and delivery of promos, fixing and tweaking campaigns where necessary.
  • Trafficking of all commercial projects through clear cast and ad stream.
  • Trafficking all cross promotions to affiliates.
  • Liaise with International - Organise international content for viewing and order any materials needed for the department.
  • Assist freelancers with their projects / guiding through the versioning process.
  • Compile material and edit for any channel sizzles or marketing requests.
  • Manage the archiving process ensuring promo projects are archived on a monthly basis.
  • Make sure all freelance machines are tidy and projects have been collected and removed from the machines.
  • Produce Promos where required
  • Report all music to Sky Music Licensing monthly – chasing producers and freelancers for details when needed.


What are we looking for?

  • Solid technical and operational knowledge of Adobe Premiere (self operating).
  • Good knowledge of the post production environment, including audio and 2D / 3D Graphics.
  • Past experience working along side designers is preferable but not a necessity.
  • Highly organised individual, who is able to prioritise tasks and responsibilities daily.
  • Experience script writing and directing voice overs.
  • Experience in dealing with clear cast and ad stream / Honeycomb desirable.
  • Good team player who can work under pressure, to deadlines and budgets.
