Sitting within the vibrant, agile focused, HR department, the HR Assistant will be critical in managing the smooth and timely service delivery to the business and our HR colleagues. There’s lots of variety where you will be working across the full employee lifecycle. We are a busy team going through an exciting period of change, so there is real opportunity to contribute to the outcomes of this transformation. An ideal candidate will have a pro-active attitude and understand the importance of good service delivery, with a strong attention to detail.   • You will be the first point of contact for our employees and will drive a positive employee experience with HR.
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries and where necessary directing queries to the best person or team to deal with them.
  • People related administration and coordination tasks (e.g. new starter processes, expenses queries, payroll).
  • Providing accurate and timely management information, and ensuring compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records.
  • Note-taking at ER cases

Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects.





•           Strong attention to detail

•           Understanding of UK employment law

•           Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

•           Ideally has worked with HR systems previously
