This role reports to the VP HR Strategy & Planning Paramount Int’l Networks.


Mainly responsibilities in this role include:

  • Work closely with the International Finance COE to ensure a central alignment between HR and Finance
  • Implement Global Centralized Staff cost planning model across Paramount International Networks
  • Support in all aspects of Human Resources as it relates to data requests, including but not limited to data availability, feasibility of requests, ad-hoc reports, and technical support within internal systems.
  • Oversee Transition planning and implementation strategy, combining people and finance strategy
  • Oversee audit data requests from a central HR perspective and coordinate with the clusters
  • Be a partner to the cluster Strategy & Planning leads, ensuring that cluster and International planning goals are aligned
  • Support the VP HR Strategy & Planning with forecast calculations regarding organizational changes
  • Compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, statistics and reporting on HR processes and data. 
  • Build strong partnership with cluster HR Strategy & Planning leads and be seen as the subject matter expert in planning related matters.
  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy for data entered in the HR data systems to ensure successful data audits and global processes
  • Collect data and analyze to improve business operations across Paramount International Networks.


That’s why we want you to have:

  • Multinational company experience is a plus 8+ years HR/Finance experience, preferably in a related field / industry.
  • Highly analytical profile and strong orientation to detail & accuracy
  • Extensive knowledge of staff cost planning
  • Finance background is a plus
  • Ability to translate business goals into HR matters
  • Ability to translated numbers and KPI into criteria for decision making
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent planning and organizational ability.
  • Flexible attitude with proactive / self-motivating approach.
  • Strong team player and able to manage internal / external stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Fluent in English
