Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking an assistant to support an executive team within the legal affairs group.


  • Responsible for providing full administrative support
  • Duties include filing, document preparation, redlining, document distribution, expense report preparation, appointment scheduling, and handling a heavy volume of calls


Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting an executive in a legal environment
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet software and any type of content management system


Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with staff, outside callers, and senior management, and to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and handle calendar
  • Discretion and inventive judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information and materials
  • An intuitive understanding and quick study of different applications, platforms and systems is always useful when stepping into a new work environment
