This position is specifically responsible for managing the comprehensive deal servicing for Domestic Transactional clients/platforms, overseeing marketing material requirements and representing the worldwide Global multi territory client operations 

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
•    Establish and manage asset and delivery deadlines for New Releases as well as a high volume of catalogue
•    Managing worldwide fulfillment requirements of the Paramount Pictures’ library 
•    Frequent liaising with Sales Administration, Sales, Marketing, business affairs and other associated Studio Departments regarding avail dates, marketing requirements, preorders, delivery expectations, metadata requirements and overall fulfillment strategy
•    Work with marketing on promotional requirements for the worldwide platforms 
•    Responsible for the team collaboration between LA and Amsterdam relating to the most high profile transactional clients to be able to represent and manage worldwide fulfillment status to Sales, Marketing and Sales Admin
•    Collaborate with Mastering on domestic 4k updates and deliveries
•    Liaising with Paramount Mastering, Digital Media Services and third party Vendor lab facilities to obtain on time deliveries and servicing
•    Responsible for communicating with the IT to drive efficiencies with our systems
•    Working closely with client representatives on requests and requirements
•    Implementing and controlling more efficient ways to manage business workflows and relationships on an on-going basis.

QUALILFICATIONS/SKILLS
Basic qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred 
•    6 to 8 years of related experience in Technical Services and/or contract materials fulfillment 
•    Must have excellent knowledge relating to file formats, ancillary assets, file delivery, delivery/asset tracking, etc relating to EST/VOD fulfillment
•    Must have excellent collaboration skills and ease in meetings with upper management
•    Expert with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, CRM, Word, Outlook,) SAP, Xytech a plus.

•    Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
•    Must be a strategic thinker, think proactively and be problem solver
•    Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be extremely detail oriented
•    Ability to work independently and efficiently
