Overview & Responsibilities


We are looking for a Manager, Product Fulfillment to lead worldwide fulfillment for Paramount Pictures! The role will be responsible for building and sustaining our fulfillment approach, while working in a dynamic, prolific environment.




  • Manage worldwide fulfillment requirements for Paramount Pictures licensed titles.
  • Order and plan HD, Dolby Vision, and HDR video with foreign audio and subtitles for New Release as well as high volume of library titles.
  • Communicate with Deal Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Affairs and other associated Studio Departments regarding license start dates, marketing requirements, pre-orders, delivery forecast, metadata requirements, and overall fulfillment strategy.
  • Work with global technical operations: Mastering, Digital Media Services and third party vendors on technical onboarding, timely deliveries, and A/V rejections.
  • Collaborate closely with client representatives on requests and requirements.


Basic Qualifications


  • At least 3 full years of accomplished experience in Technical Services and/or fulfillment.
  • Need to have a comprehensive grasp of A/V file formats, ancillary assets, file delivery, asset tracking related to EST/VOD fulfillment.
  • Prominent collaboration skills and ease in meetings with upper management.


Additional Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, CRM, Word, Outlook, etc.) SAP, Xytech a plus.
  • Exemplary planning and organization skills.
  • Must have a strategic mentality; think proactively and be problem solver.
  • Proven proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and acting with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to operate independently and efficiently.
  • Distinguished oral and written communication and meticulous with details.
