We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! This person will be working with the Director, Business Process & Analytics. You will be responsible for supporting Paramount Home Entertainments analysis and reporting projects. 

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data quality and meticulous attention to detail. They will be technically savvy and be able to navigate complex enterprise systems, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.

Overview and Responsibilities: 
•    Improve the division’s data availability and quality by actively building, testing, and documenting our primary & secondary data sources
•    Manage ongoing data cleansing and harmonization of metadata for internal databases
•    Identify and interpret trends and/or patterns within complex data sets
•    Serve as a functional expert on our data systems & reporting tools, while building relationships with other teams within the organization
•    Design KPI Reports and Analytic Dashboards to translate critical data points for stakeholders
•    Support the team in all requests that relate to our function, with a “can-do” attitude and always looking to over deliver what is required

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum 0-1+ years experience with statistical analysis techniques & data analysis

Additional Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred 
•    Working Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python or R
•    Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
•    Solid grasp of Relational Databases
•    Experience wrangling & processing data
•    Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
•    Experience in Entertainment or Consumer Packaged Goods industries preferred
•    Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with all levels of an organization
