The Director, Ancillary Revenue will sit in the Ancillary Center of Service Excellence and will be responsible for managing a team in the accurate and timely processing of our Paramount Pictures / Media Networks (“MN”) division’s transactions related to ancillary revenue streams.



  • Collaborate with the brand finance and Content Controllership teams to ensure accurate & timely reporting of financial transactions, balances and results
  • Handle the on-boarding of new distributors and processing distributor statements into the Company’s financial systems
  • Lead initiatives with the IT group to help improve automation and functionality of various system-related processes
  • Supervise and review the posting of ancillary revenue for various lines of business
  • Mentor, develop, train and lead staff




  • Bachelor’s degree required, a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related area preferred
  • 7+ years related work experience


Additional Qualifications


  • Ability to supervise, manage various projects and priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, concepts and processes
  • Ability to work with and communicate with people at different levels within the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to be thorough with attention to detail
  • Strong Communication skills
  • CPA (or equivalent) preferred
  • Entertainment & media, revenue accounting experience a plus
  • Experience with SAP and Whip Media a strong plus
