Overview & Responsibilities

  • This position helps drive the creative direction, development and execution of digital advertising and marketing strategy for Motion Picture marketing.
  • Partner with executive vice-president, senior management, filmmakers, feature film cast and crew, editorial and advertising agencies as well as Paramount Pictures marketing departments
  • Lead digital creative budgets
  • Concept, build and produce ads for digital/online placement – working with our digital agencies
  • Lead workflow with the digital marketing team to ensure all integration memos are filled and timelines are met
  • Interpret digital media plans and be responsible for the creation of different assets
  • Partner with the analytics team to review the success of campaigns and optimize/adjust accordingly
  • Work with digital and brand strategy to craft trailer launch plans
  • Participate in creative research and ideation, including comparable campaigns, cues, copy and concepts
  • Involvement in creative strategy of AV, Print and Digital materials
  • Lead quotes, culls, accolades and awards tracking
  • Proficient in various digital platforms such as Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, Snapchat, FEPs and site driven placements
  • Well versed with different ad types used digitally - :06 bumpers, :10s :15s, Motion graphics driven creative and longer form AV materials
  • Expertise in extending the tone/voice established in traditional forms of creative advertising and carrying that over into the digital space
  • Metrics knowledge that determines success of digital advertisements


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years related experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (creative file types, etc.), BOX, iMovie, etc.


Additional Qualifications

  • Success with significant entertainment related campaigns with a focus on digital and social media outlets
  • Deep understanding of current digital trends, formats and influences
  • Highly organized, driven with a passion for movies and entertainment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
