Job summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the EVP, Global Marketing as well as helping assist some admin tasks for the Marketing Brand & Strategy team.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Cover phones and roll calls
  • Coordinate departmental and intra-departmental meetings
  • Coordinate meetings with outside clients and vendors
  • Set up Zoom meeting links
  • Maintain and submit expense reports according to PPC policies
  • Create and distribute agendas for meetings
  • Coordinate gate passes to ensure visitors are granted access as needed
  • Coordinate conference room requests and bookings
  • Maintain and distribute department contact information as needed
  • Assist other executives and directors with special tasks or projects when requested
  • Book domestic and international travel
  • Manage day to day critical issues and troubleshooting of executive/departmental scheduling issues

Qualifications/skills

Basic qualifications:

  • Previous assistant experience in fast paced industry
  • 1 + years related experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including comprehensive understanding of PowerPoint and Excel

Desired skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Quick-thinking with decision making, assertive and very pro-active
  • Organized, accurate and ability to prioritize
  • Understanding of the marketing and key players of the film industry
  • Up to date in tech, social media and pop culture

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 54,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
