Overview

This position is responsible for leading the monthly SG&A forecasting and accounting close process, leading all aspects of the budget process for all assigned departments, as well as special projects as called upon by management.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable and responsible for numerous assigned departments in crafting and analyzing overhead forecasts, actuals and plans
  • Consolidates and analyzes overhead forecasts, monthly estimates, and budgets
  • Provides variance analysis on actual overhead expenditures
  • Supports the monthly accounting close process for assigned departments
  • Responsible for external reports to key partners, including headcount reports
  • Review and approval of invoices
  • Supervises Overhead Hyperion and OHRS systems

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, focus in Accounting, Finance or related areas preferred. 
  • Minimum 7 years experience in forecasting, accounting and analysis

 

Additional Qualifications

 

  • Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and Powerpoint
  • Hyperion and SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Be self-motivated, highly organized and adaptable
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects
  • Meticulous with the ability to see the big picture
