Pluto TV is looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing, to support Pluto TV’s user acquisition initiatives as we continue our exponential growth trajectory.


This role is an exciting blend of marketing, analytics, and cross-functional projects. The manager will lead user acquisition campaigns, help craft messaging and creative, analyze applicable data, and make recommendations on what we should do next to optimize campaigns and drive impact. We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, put on their creative, strategic and analytical hats, and help us solve big questions.


This role will report to the Director, Growth Marketing.



This is a meaningful role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Plan and implement acquisition marketing campaigns across various marketing channels and platforms including CTV, mobile and web campaigns.
  • Track performance, analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and launch A/B tests and manage audience segmentation.
  • Work with partners, agencies, and other internal teams across the organization to coordinate seamless creation and execution of campaigns.
  • Identify and drive new opportunities for user growth.


Basic Qualifications

We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years of experience running user acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Experience implementing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across major ad networks.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, as well as experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • A deep understanding of data and accustomed to using data visualization platforms, e.g., Tableau.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly Creative, Business Intelligence, Finance, Legal and Product.


Additional Qualifications

  • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solver and data-driven decision-maker.
  • Experience in the streaming TV/OTT space preferred.
  • Experience running user acquisition campaigns on CTV platforms is a plus!
