This is a Brisbane based role. 
 
Enough about us! What you’ll do as the Assistant to Sales and Corporate Comms: 
 
As the Assistant to Sales and Corporate Comms you will be responsible for supporting these Executive leaders in their day-to-day activities and will have a high level of interaction with stakeholders both across Sales, Publicity,Corporate Comms and the wider business. It is critical that you have an appetite to learn and grow in an amazing business.
  
Functions will also include: 


•    Diary management and organising meetings/travel
•    Email management and personal admin (eg. managing and reconciling Expenses)
•    Team admin, including meetings, training, RSVP follow-ups, event organization
•    Ongoing interaction across staffs aligned to the managers located nationally
•    Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) often to short deadlines 

 

What are we looking for in an Assistant to Sales and Corporate Comms? What’s important?  


•    Excellent organisation skills and time management 
•    Great attention to detail
•    Proactive and self-confident
•    Excellent communication skills, not afraid of building relationships across the team and wider business
•    Demonstrated understanding of office etiquette
•    Proficiency in all this Microsoft Office suit
•    Willingness to listen, learn, and take direction easily
•    Helpful and positive in attacking any task or challenge

 

Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:  


•    Media or advertising industry
•    Previous Assistant or PA role
