The Showtime Sports Content Coordinator will be an extremely organized, detail-obsessed self-starter with a passion for sports entertainment. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the weekly objectives are completed and detailed. Curiosity about learning the ins and outs of digital marketing and sports television production is imperative.

 

Position Summary

 

  • The Coordinator will contribute to ShoSports social copywriting.

  • Assist in day-to-day social posting across handles

  • Work closely with other social managers (both internal and external) to identify specific opportunities to help drive increased engagement across all SHO social channels

  • Cover live boxing and MMA events!

  • Coordinate with the internal design team for GFX surrounding ShoSports events

  • Includes learning and using the JIRA job tracking system

  • Coordinate travel around all SCB/Bellator live events with ShoSports and MALKA staff

  • Initiate and connect with the talent for all scheduled live events! Book lodging, transportation, and travel for each talent member distribute all pertinent event information.

  • Deal with all third-party billing matters, including intake, processing, and filing of invoices.

  • Manage SVP of Sports Digital Content department’s calendar, travel, and expenses.

  • Provide effective administrative support to the SVP and ShoSports digital team

  • Maintaining the department calendar and coordinating department vacation and holiday schedules

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1 -2 years of relatable experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish is a plus)

  • Passion for the sports world

  • Great project management skills
