(SNI) owns and operates the premium television networks SHOWTIME®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL™ and FLIX®, and also offers SHOWTIME ON DEMAND®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL™ ON DEMAND and FLIX ON DEMAND®, and the network's authentication service SHOWTIME ANYTIME®. Showtime Digital Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNI, operates the stand-alone streaming service SHOWTIME®. Overview & Responsibilities:

The Director Product Management will play a meaningful role in crafting the digital marketing and user experience on Showtime’s owned and operated properties. This is a hybrid role of digital marketer and analytics implementation guru with an understanding of the importance of offering best-in-class digital marketing experiences and the need for high quality tracking and measurement implementations! This role will work with a multitude of internal teams and specialists to ideate and deliver effective marketing features on SHO.com and implement effective tagging for analytics, digital media and SEO on all of Showtime’s digital properties.

The position provides an interesting view of all marketing and creative efforts across the company for the brand as a whole and our entire programming roster with an eye towards capitalizing on those efforts in the digital space!

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Optimize user experiences to eliminate friction for end users interested in starting a subscription
  • Tailor personalized user journeys on SHO.com to lead prospects and customers to their desired content
  • Understand business objectives and develop content roll out calendars, measurement plans and tagging strategies
  • Work with search engine optimization (SEO) specialists to find opportunities for satisfying user needs and work with engineering to build new or improve existing destinations
  • Ensure SEO strategies and paid search campaigns complement and improve each other’s performance
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements. Work cross-functionally to find solutions when new data needs to be made available for marketing pixels
  • Work with our external agency to certify that media and marketing teams have the data necessary to serve our targeted ad campaigns
  • Collaborate on new A/B and multi-variate testing and personalization campaign brainstorming and implementation
  • Support marketing attribution and modelling initiatives working across internal and agency partner teams to ensure integrity and data accuracy
  • Stay up to date on industry changes in data privacy, measurement, and optimization standard methodologies

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing experience with a passion for entertainment and a love for working cross departmentally to identify and capitalize on disparate opportunities
  • Independent problem solver with experience uncovering opportunities for both content and process optimization
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be very organized
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, DTM / Launch, measurement partners (Kochava), and an eagerness to educate colleagues and team members on their use
  • Curiosity about testing & personalization tools – Optimizely experience is a plus
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Trends, Google Posts, and Adwords Keyword Planner
