Responsibilities

 

  • Extract discrepancy data of from ERP system and action discrepancy resolution by following defined process and deadlines
  • Research invoice discrepancies and root causes
  • Document discrepancies using associated, applicable reason code, as well as, detailed causes for specific discrepancies
  • Track discrepancies and analyze on a weekly basis
  • Build standard methodologies for discrepancy resolution, based on research
  • Point of contact for CSR, Ad Sales team & OTC team
  • Work with Collections and Ad Sales teams to decrease monthly discrepancy levels and drive consistently lower levels over the long term
  • Organize client meetings to review, action & resolve discrepancies
  • Create KPI’s, keep trackers, perform and analyze trends
  • Manage and own end to end process of discrepancy resolution

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • College Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years Ad Operations or agency clearance experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
