(SNI) owns and operates the premium television networks SHOWTIME®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL™ and FLIX®, and also offers SHOWTIME ON DEMAND®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL™ ON DEMAND and FLIX ON DEMAND®, and the network's authentication service SHOWTIME ANYTIME®. Showtime Digital Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNI, operates the stand-alone streaming service SHOWTIME®. SHOWTIME is currently available to subscribers via cable, DBS, and telco providers, and as a stand-alone streaming service through Amazon, Apple®, Google, LG Smart TVs, Oculus Go, Roku®, Samsung Smart TVs and Xbox One.


Overview and Responsibilities:    

We are looking for a collaborative, customer-focused team member to provide Human Resources Generalist support to Showtime’s Marketing team. This key role focuses on aligning HR priorities to meet the business objectives, and leveraging HR programs, policies, and initiatives to deliver a best-in-class employee experience! This role is responsible for a diverse array of HR support activities related to the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Provide guidance and coaching on the following: organization design, performance management, leadership development and mentoring, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, HR operations, compensation, and employee relations
  • Build effective relationships with managers and employees to help enable a culture of innovation and exceptional performance
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to translate business priorities into impactful short- and long-term staffing plans and ensure a diverse slate of qualified candidates are being sourced
  • Provide direction and solutions on matters related to employee performance and team efficiency while offering feedback on style and leadership behaviors to improve work relationships, build morale, increase efficiency and drive retention
  • Administer corporate wide initiatives crafted to assess and recognize performance through bonus, stock, merit, employee reviews and other types of programs
  • Manage projects and coordinate HR programs to support client groups and the overall SHO team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; and office collaboration tools like zoom and slack
