The Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing leads all aspects of the strategy, development and execution of on-device marketing for a key partner, supporting the ViacomCBS Streaming group’s goals and working collaboratively with both internal and external partners. The Sr. Manager will work collaboratively and cross-functionally, building positive relationships across the organization and with our external partners.


The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a talent for prioritizing in ambiguity, developing win/win team solutions and has a confirmed ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.



  • Plan and lead all aspects of paid marketing campaigns with direct OTT partners from ideation to media planning and execution to post-campaign recap and analysis
  • Analyze data provided by OTT device partners and provide recommendations and insights, acting as in-house guide on assigned partners
  • Partner across ViacomCBS Streaming Media Strategy, Program Marketing, Analytics and Organic Marketing teams to align marketing beats, optimize targeting, identify successful tactics, and communicate takeaways across teams
  • Identify, develop and recommend new marketing tactics and opportunities to drive engagement, sign-ups and success within current paid marketing partnerships
  • Work with Director of Partnership Marketing Media Strategy to ensure efficiency across all campaigns, optimizing lines and reallocating spend as applicable to meet Media Strategy and Partnerships goals
  • Collaborate with Director and Senior Director, Partnership Marketing on paid marketing budget, actualizing monthly spends and reallocating across lines as needed


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years working in Partnership Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Integrated Marketing
  • Experience in digital subscription services and/or digital retail, e-commerce
  • Understanding and experience working with 3rd-party attribution tracking tools (e.g Kochava)


Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate positive relationships cross-functionally
  • A data-driven approach to projects, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and partners
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortability working with senior executives across the organization, using influence and negotiation skills to articulate, support and recap key projects
  • Strong curiosity about entertainment and media, streaming content
  • MBA and/or additional certifications in Strategic Communications, Project Management, Marketing
