Job Description:
This is a full-time position within the ViacomCBS Technology department. The End User Technologies & Experience group is searching for a Web Product Producer to join our fast-paced tech team.
Role details:
The Web Product Producer will help provide support for the Product & User Experience. The ideal candidate should have a knack for learning new technical topics/technology quickly. The Web Product Producer role thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at juggling several responsibilities while on deadline. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members/end users across diverse time zones.

Responsibilities include:
• Operational support for various websites and platforms that support Corporate MarComms and employee engagement.
• Helping to ensure that Service Now incidents/tasks are reviewed/assigned/responded to in an appropriate and resolved/closed in a timely manner within defined service levels.
• Creation of new and updating of existing JIRA user stories in the Portal Support backlog.
• Support with content creation, including graphics, UX, user acceptance testing for the new Corporate Intranet Portal.
• General website coding and front-end development (css/html/javascript) for viacomcbs.com components.
• Supporting basic UI graphic requests and preparing webpage mockups from business end users.
• Work with manager to produce site wireframe flows.
• Assist in validating/testing new web applications.
• Research on our collaboration technology and provide opportunities to improve our existing capabilities.
• Take the initiative to follow-up with business end users to in order to bring incidents/requests to closure.
• Able to take direction/feedback on tasks continued improvement going forward.
• Ad-hoc training on editorial publishing and CMS features where needed. Trainings should be posted on the respective site and shared with site owners for future reference.
• Technical documentation for business users on managing certain custom aspects of their sites (ie unique permissions).

• Background in Computer Science and Graphic design.
• Front-end UI development background, experience in coding in css/html/bootstrap.
• Degree in design and can create mockups/wireframes using Photoshop.
• Has proven capability to produce documentation for site owners to manage their own content/permissions/base customizations like unique permissions.
• Able to follow directions in a timely manner and think independently.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in JIRA, Microsoft Office 365 Technologies (SharePoint, Teams), and Service Now.
