OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage programming on Nickelodeon owned & operated digital platforms. 
  • Build content schedules for VOD, SVOD, Nick.com, and Nick App and other platforms.
  • Track rights and distribution windows for digital content.
  • Responsible for Nick.com and Nick App production work that includes programming and maintaining the homepage, show pages and various hubs.
  • Work with product leads to continually grow platform engagement by assisting in the development and execution of new product features.
  • Work with external partners to implement content deals and platform launches.
  • Lead a team of coordinators, production assistants and/or interns.
  • Collaborate on planning documents to support Nickelodeon Programming initiatives. 
  • Operations lead for all Nickelodeon and Nick at Nite digital platforms. 
  • Assist in content strategy planning for Paramount+ SVOD platform.
  • Align digital calendars with evolving linear schedules.
  • Plan with linear and media planning groups to unite and align programming initiatives across all screens.
  • Provide first-tier support for troubleshooting technical issues on all digital platforms. 
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to complete brand goals. 
  • Collect episodic images for all Nickelodeon and Nick at Nite owned & operated platform usage.
  • Build off-hours QA/QC workflows for troubleshooting. Take ownership of platform issues and drive resolution in a timely fashion.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with content programming 
  • Expert knowledge of the digital video space
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word with ability to build decks and one-sheets
  • Working knowledge of content management systems


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Extensive knowledge of the evolving kids media landscape
  • Detail and deadline oriented, with great time-management and change-management skills
  • Creative problem solver who can bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Ability to multi-task and rearrange priorities as needed
  • Positive attitude, an eagerness to learn and a shown ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in crafting or redesigning processes/systems
  • Resourceful and solution driven, with strong follow through to resolve items
