Overview

The Sr. Coordinator, Field Publicity & Targeted Marketing position is responsible for managing the entire NYC market, the NYC agency for premiere fill management, setting, filling, and managing screenings, marketing plan initiatives, and promotions, as well as other top markets on the East Coast for all Paramount Pictures titles. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Splits responsibilities with the Senior and Junior Publicists in LA on all marketing initiatives for in-house staff, agency markets, vendor relations, and specialty consultants (sports, multicultural, faith, etc.).   
  • Tracks and monitor all breaks across Paramount Pictures titles from the regional and specialty agencies. 
  • Manages the NYC Agency to set, fill, and manage all New York, New Jersey, Long Island, and Westchester screenings, marketing plan initiatives, and promotions for all Paramount Pictures titles 
  • Plans, assists, and/or troubleshoots all New York City special events, junkets, premiere fillings, and management. 
  • Oversees and manages on a daily basis top agency East Coast markets, local vendors including boutique & corporate hotels, costume tours, and budgeting documents as well as partnering with the NY National Publicity team when needed.  
  • Fosters internal and external team communication with national, digital, & multicultural publicity, finance, legal, photo, and creative teams in congruence with activations of different films. 
  • Serves as a back-up on select project personal appearance tours and specialty projects (i.e. radio phoners, SMT, talent appearances, stunts, etc.) 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree  
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience     
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite 

 

Additional Qualifications 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management  
  • Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner
