Responsibilities: 

  • Build high impact go-to-market brand campaigns that can be optimized and adapted across all international territories including current and new launch markets.
  • Lead all aspects including development of marketing strategy, building the plan, campaign briefing, execution, post-launch analysis.
  • Drive cohesion of brand positioning across all international territories and among cross-functional teams.
  • Work alongside central Creative Team and agencies on development of all campaign assets and influence key partners.
  • Collaborate & consolidate efforts across cross-functional marketing team to ensure 360 approach to campaigns in support of customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts (customer acquisition, performance marketing, retention & engagement, title marketing, social media, partnerships).
  • Drive ideation and execution for multi-territory brand activations in coordination with campaigns, optimizing cost and efficiencies.
  • Partner with Global Consumer Insights and Data and Analytics teams to develop, update and improve reporting that tracks and evaluates brand performance Key Performance Indicators and their impact on subscriber acquisition and retention; standardize across all regions.
  • Use data and insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns while delivering measurable brand awareness metrics.
  • Lead customer research and testing methodologies in partnership with Global Insights as it relates to brand projects.
  • Evolve, implement and carry out brand identity, positioning and usage guidelines to ensure consistency across all territories through marketing communications (brand and verbal identity).
  • Handle budgets for all brand campaigns.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in entertainment marketing, digital streaming service, subscription brands or agency

  • Experience working across International Teams
  • Experience in digital streaming subscription services

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • A strategic inspiring leader with track-record of planning and leading campaigns while meeting deadlines
  • Experienced at prioritization and project management with ability to react quickly to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to cultivate positive relationships cross-functionally
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Data driven with ability to apply insights to inform recommendations
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Experience navigating cross-functional organizations
  • Passionate consumer of TV, film, entertainment content
