Role:

The Streaming Marketing team is looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Media Planning to work across our portfolio of international streaming brands with a focus on PlutoTV (AVOD) and Paramount+ (SVOD). Our ideal candidate will be proficient in both Digital and Traditional media and their underlying metrics. The role will be dedicated to working with teams across the globe to plan, validate, implement and measure marketing campaigns and their impact to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market plans and marketing tactics for selected Paramount+ and PlutoTV premiering content, and work with wider brand and creative teams to deliver creative executions for each brand
  • Work with the key VCNI central marketing teams and local partners to best use campaigns and ensure end to end customer experience
  • Drive development of Creative briefs to guide the Marketing process and support alignment of internal teams on goals and strategies for content campaigns
  • Develop Media briefs to guide the Media Planning process and support alignment of our global media agency and local marketing strategy teams
  • Activate 360° marketing strategy and plans for campaigns that incorporate multi-channel platforms such as TV, out-of-home, print ads, email, SEM, social, and paid media
  • Identify and develop incremental marketing tactics and opportunities by marketing channel to drive additional viewership and acquisition

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in Media with an extensive background of planning and developing campaigns
  • Shown track-record of planning and leading Media campaigns, clearly communicating progress and results
  • Understanding of Paid Media channels (Search, Social, Display), and how it relates to the optimization of Media spend and conversion
  • Knowledge of traditional Media channels (Out-of-home, print, radio, television)
  • Ability to derive insights from media campaigns and clearly articulate findings
  • Shown experience using data and metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness and plan ongoing improvements to media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of standard reporting suites, (Adobe or Google Analytics) and Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to present high-quality documents to leadership
  • Capacity to coordinate with International, and other internal teams
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery
  • Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, another language is a plus
  • Knowledge in TV Content.
  • Consumer of entertainment content and curiosity about it.
  • Experience in the streaming industry including a knowledge of current trends
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

 

Education:

  • Bachelors degree, preferred
