We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills, experience in agile methodologies, and a track record of working with international teams! You should be a highly skilled professional, phenomenal teammate, lifelong learner, and excellent communicator, with a passion for servant-leadership. We're looking for self-directed individual who are open to collaborating in an environment of mutual influence.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Cross- Team Communication: Drive cross-team communication by managing internal communications and projects within the Business Operations group. Provide guidance in developing international operations work while designing strategies to increase employee connection and engagement across all international regions– all while ensuring alignment with company values and business priorities.
  • Program Execution: Work as a front-line manager for overseas teams. Promote agile standards and adherence to company process while also coordinating cross-team dependencies and portfolio-level management.
  • Impediment Removal: Actively identify and remove impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables.
  • Program Planning: Participate in quarterly planning, balance cross-team dependencies, and set delivery plans.
  • Servant Leadership: Work as a servant-leader within the assigned teams, using leadership skills to nurture balanced and productive working relationships.
  • Development Team Relationship: Develop a healthy working relationship within your teams and taking steps to build an environment of mutual respect.
  • Relentless Improvement: Implement processes that cultivate relentless improvement and drive the team and the organization towards more efficient product delivery.
     

Qualities / Experience We’re Seeking
 

We believe these are the key requirements to be successful:

  • Able to handle high-level partners within the organization and help to balance challenging needs and requests.
  • Experience mentor high-functioning development teams, with an eye on using those skills to increase the speed and quality of software delivery.
  • Experience using agile techniques to deliver large software epics with reliability, speed, and quality.
     

Highly Desirable Bonuses:

  • Previous experience in the Media and/or Entertainment industry..
  • Multilingual a major plus (Spanish, Portuguese).
