Overview & Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager, Brand will lead the development and execution of key brand projects and visual identity implementation by working with key partners, both internally and externally, and across multiple verticals and departments from initiation through final delivery. This leadership role will also work with external agencies and vendors ensuring effective and diligent execution and workflow.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and project manage various brand projects and initiatives including but not limited to corporate events, trade ads, consumer events, corporate presentations, LBE’s, games, podcasts, partnerships, digital and social, aligning project collaborators and communicating our brand vision clearly and concisely to ensure our employees are knowledgeable and passionate about the branding, and the value it adds to our business
  • Manage key brand projects across various verticals and needs across Nickelodeon and Nick Jr lines of business prioritizing KPIs
  • Liaise with department heads and senior managers throughout the business to identify branded items for update or enhancement
  • Oversee all deliverables including art, graphics, video promos, OOH, digital, social, etc.
  • Act as the main contact between agencies and vendors ensuring assets, timelines and deliverables are being met
  • Act as the point of contact for the internal task force team – inclusive of leading meetings, creating, and managing project timelines, and crafting an appropriate approval/routing plan for all assets related to visual identifying projects
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Design and Creative Team, Consumer Marketing, Social, Legal, Standards as well as outside vendors
  • Develop and manage the production for all key brand project asset deliverables
  • Ensure all partners are included in each round of development and all pertinent approvals are being received
  • Maintain weekly status reports and lead weekly status meetings for editorial, graphics, assets, and marketing needs
  • Communicate visual identity project updates and status to all lines of business at critical points (Marketing, Press, Talent, Design, Digital, Legal)
  • Communicate all feedback in a constructive, professional manner between internal and external partners



Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience project managing key brand projects/visual identity at a Media company
  • Embrace Nickelodeon brand and culture
  • An overall understanding of on-air and digital project management as well as production
  • Ability to manage vendors and project collaborators
  • Experience managing the multiplatform creative processes from development to implementation
  • Well-versed in current digital and social platforms inclusive of desktop, tablet, and mobile



Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of Project Management experience preferred
  • Network experience
  • Strong leadership and negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to supervise and lead others as part of project teams from idea to completion
  • Adept at managing initiatives across internal functions and third parties
  • Articulate, flexible, collaborative, attention to detail, and proactive!
