Responsibilities 

·       Supports the Special Events Team in all aspects of planning and execution of special events while tracking event key performance areas, identify items to work on for future events, monitoring evolving post-covid event guidelines, and collaborating to create resource and summary documents for projects

·       Event Logistics and Communications, Travel and Shipping Grids, Transportation, Expense Tracking, etc.

·       Leads the management of attendee lists, staffing, support with vendor outreach, and contract coordination

·       Lead the coordination on all collateral for events, supports with creating the vision for decor & branding at a variety of events

·       Conducting and creating research documents for activations and venues to present to clients

·       Hiring and managing PA’s

 

Qualifications 

·       Working knowledge of Google Suite

·       Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point
