Prepares all journal entries, reconciles all account balances, analyzes, understands and ensures proper accounting for all transactions activity for each of the areas mentioned below. Understands variances to Plan, Estimates, and Prior Year for all assigned areas.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile monthly payroll activity to the system subledger.
• Reserve for Returns rate analysis, reconciliation and recording of related entries.
• Record, track and reconcile intercompany activity with Corporate parent.
• Reconcile monthly financial reporting to Corporate parent.
• Prepare and submit Governmental reporting requests / surveys.
• Prepares all related journal entries accurately and analyzes significant variations.
• Reconciles all assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
• Forecasts related balance sheet position for all accounts on a monthly basis.
• Prepares assigned reports with accurate data and appropriate footnotes and references.

• BS in Accounting, MBA or CPA is preferred
• One to three years of experience in private or public accounting
• Ability to analyze detailed accounting activity assessing the amounts for P&L Risks and Opportunities

• Superior PC Skills in a Windows environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with mainframe G/L and subsystems

SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM
