Enough about us! What you’ll do as an Account Manager: 

 
As the Account Manager, you will be working in the Effect team and will be responsible for developing and executing Sponsorships and Partnerships across the business’ portfolio, specifically Viacom & 10 Shake.

 

Effect is a premium integrated marketing solutions team.  The full-service business is purpose-built to help marketers create innovative brand partnerships and activations across the business’ portfolio of brands, including 10, 10 Bold, 10 Peach, MTV, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, 10 Play, 10 Speaks, 10 All Access, CBS Interactive, Comedy Central and their related digital and event properties.
  
Functions will also include but not limited to: 


•    Strategic management of all brand partnership campaigns across allocated programs
•    Clearly communicate the Program strategy, creative and opportunities to the sales team
•    Help meet premium targets across allocated program/s if necessary
•    Work with the Effect, Imagine and Sales team to creatively respond to briefs to help monetise and hit premium sponsorship targets if necessary and to proactively seek out and convert premium partnerships
•    Work with brand teams to ideate and develop premium opportunities for each channel and across the entire playground including digital/social
•    Work closely with various stakeholders including Imagine, talent and production teams to develop approved and achievable opportunities for bespoke solutions
•    Work closely with various internal stakeholders including marketing, research and insights, publicity, promos, business affairs, legal as required to identify and maximize premium and sponsorship opportunities across the Viacom CBS playground
•    End-to-end delivery of best-in-class partnerships for our clients including kick off meetings, WIPs, reporting, research (as required) all the way through to PCA
•    Overseeing the activation of sponsorship campaigns including the implementation of media assets (billboards, in-program, program ID’s etc), proposal development and integration
•    Creating effective implementation plans with accurate and achievable timelines for internal and external parties
•    Ability to negotiate and present in client meetings
•    Building strong internal and external relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including various departments internally, production companies, as well as other media owners, key clients, and agencies.

 

What are we looking for in an Account Manager? What’s important?  
 
•    3-4 years’ experience working in a similar role
•    Good understanding of Channels / programs across Shake / Nick & MTV 
•    Proven skills in project management including planning, organisation, and attention to detail
•    Experience in managing clients and campaigns, with strong stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
