This role is responsible for managing existing ad products and helping advance new video and display ad products that maximize ad revenue across Network 10.  You will drive the ad product & technology strategy, oversee the ad platform executions, integrations and support trouble shooting for ViacomCBS and Network 10 in Australia. This includes video ad formats, data driven targeting and reporting, advanced linear TV support, programmatic and more. 

 

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage relationships with outside vendors that power video advertising and data for N10. You will have strong industry connections. 

  • Thought leadership in the ad technology space, including bring new strategic opportunities to N10. This includes strong understanding of broader ad tech trends and implications for N10. 

  • Maintain key metric reporting and sales analyses to: help drive strategy, and identify opportunities for synergy and additional revenue 

  • Liaise with key stakeholders across internal departments and divisions to support platform efforts and development 

  • Document and manage complex feature requests and projects 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to advance and continually improve monetisation opportunities, with particular focus on video ad monetisation 

  • Analyse data for performance and QOS 

  • Develop tools to present data at various levels. Executive, ad product, sales operations, and research 

 

Role-Specific Skills/Attributes 

These are the core skills & competencies we're looking for: 

  • 7-10 years of previous experience in digital ad technology and data infrastructure management  

  • Experience in managing vendor and industry partner relationships  

  • A demonstrated understanding of digital video and industry standards.  

  • Stellar communication skills in these aspects: interpersonal, verbal, and written. 

  • Strong organization and presentation skills 

  • Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, act proactively and drive resolution 

  • Able to dissect issues on your own and drive results by either direct abilities or able to drive others to solve 

  • Ability to be self-directed; with an entrepreneurial spirit and able to work well under pressure, and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.  

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task a necessity
