Job Purpose
To build and maintain relationships with new and existing social platform partners to deliver audience and revenue growth. 
This role works across both News and Entertainment content on social platforms.


Key Responsibilities include:
•    Proactively drive revenue through social partnerships, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, etc. You will have strong connections with social media companies in Australia. 
•    Strategically plan for long term opportunities. Identify new and evaluate existing partnership opportunities
•    Thought leadership in the social space, including bringing new format and content opportunities to N10. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to align business strategy and support growth. 
•    Own and drive revenue targets, working with internal teams for fulfilment of deals
•    Work with Sales for packaging and monetisation opportunities
•    Work with marketing for promotion and support. 
•    Fulfilment of entertainment content, including bespoke series and exclusive content
•    On platform promotion opportunities
•    On platform optimisation and feedback to the media management teams. 
•    Work with global teams for targets, resourcing
•    Track delivery against contractual requirements. 


Role-Specific Skills/Attributes
These are the core skills & competencies we're looking for:
•    3-5 years of commercial experience in media and entertainment industry (preferably with social media experience), 
•    Experience in managing digital publishing partnerships 
•    Proven business development experience. 
•    Negotiation and contractual experience.
•    Experience and comfort working in a large, matrixed global organisation
•    Highly self-motivated.
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to self-manage and prioritize, resourceful, highly organised
•    Experience with media rights desirable
