Position Overview: 


ViacomCBS is looking for a full-time coordinator for the global Multiplatform Production team. The Coordinator helps with production-related tasks in support of new launches and day-to-day maintenance of the international Paramount+ O&O SVOD branded websites and apps. This position is based in Sydney.


The Coordinator is part of the production team that manages content across our international owned and operated digital platforms and is responsible for building and managing homepages, browse sections, content landing pages, and organizing schedules and metadata for content on ViacomCBS’s websites and apps.


The coordinator handles multiple programming schedules, meets deadlines, thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment, has a precise eye for detail and is able to work autonomously. They are the point person for the digital production team when the manager is unavailable. 


This is a global team with members located in different countries and time zones, including managers and subordinates.  All team members must have the ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication as part of the role. The coordinator should have flexible hours. While this is generally a daytime job, we occasionally need coverage for evenings, weekends and holidays.


More specifically, you'll be doing things like this:

  • Produce and schedule multiplatform content on ViacomCBS’s owned and operated websites and apps for Paramount+
  • Submit video, editorial, design and tech requests
  • Conduct quality assurance
  • Create, manage and complete tickets in Viacom’s JIRA system
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings and taking notes
