As the Promotions Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our fast-paced Promotions Department. As part of the team, you will thrive in the busy, ever-changing environment, keeping a cool head and keeping everyone on track.

(Please note this role is not a creative position - it is administrative)
  
More specifically, you’ll be doing things like this:


•    Data entry of the promo commission lists in IBMS.
•    Creating and maintaining the promo grids.
•    Communicating and actioning promo changes.
•    Assisting the Promo Management Team with all administrative tasks.
•    Managing travel bookings.
•    General administration duties.
•    Review promos before on-air broadcast.
•    Flexible working hours required.

•    Strong communication skills
•    Highly organised with proven time-management skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and with a smile
•    Very strong administrative capabilities including full MS Office suite
•    High levels of motivation and the willingness to help
•    Ability to listen and take instruction
•    Amazing attention to detail
 
Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:  
 
•    Experience in a similar fast-pace office environment is ideal
•    Media or advertising industry would be nice but not essential
