What you’ll do as a Sales Executive:

 

  • Manage the day-to-day running of top tier clients under the guidance of a Group Sales Manager
  • Be proactive and meet with agencies, presenting opportunities
  • Work on integrated responses
  • Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities to develop revenue channels 
  • Work towards and achieving set budgets and reaching revenue targets
  • Work cohesively with broadcast, digital and production teams covering all aspects of the digital business
  • Manage and develop the eager Sales Assistants in your care

 

What we’re looking for. What is essential?

 

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role in media sales
  • IBMS and Mediawise software knowledge is preferable
  • Proactive and service driven
  • Experienced in negotiating annual and trading deals within agencies
  • Demonstrated account management skills with great reputation with agencies
  • Ability to pull together a business plan and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue and share
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of detail, flexibility, time management and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
