What you’ll do: 

 

As the Senior Insights Project Manager you will be responsible for managing our qualitative (focus groups/online video surveys) and quantitative (online surveys) research projects for sales and content.

Projects will include sponsorship effectiveness for 10’s major reality programs, focus groups for programming, promo & creative testing, cultural and demographic studies, and general TV and broadcast video on demand and subscription video on demand market research.

In addition, you’ll also be responsible for the general management of the insights projects budget and ad hoc insights questions from a variety of departments.

  

What are we looking for? What’s essential?  

 

  • 5+ years of quantitative and/or qualitative research experience. Designing, fielding and analysing the results of surveys & focus groups
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven outstanding presentation skills to both senior internal & external stakeholders
  • Exhibits calmness under pressure/boasts fantastic multi-tasking capabilities
  • Ability to support & mentor more junior members of the team

 

Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:  

 

  • Experience working in television and/or at a media owner
  • Experience working/collaborating with advertising sales teams

As ViacomCBS begins the process of returning to the office in the US, there are a few key dates to keep in mind

  • The first dose of the Moderna vaccine should be no later than November 29.
