As the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager, you will be working within the ViacomCBS Consumer Products division and take ownership of Retail Marketing Plans and Budget and developing campaigns that drive sell-through and deliver incremental revenue.  This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

 

Functions and responsibilities will also include: 
 
•    Aligning key retail priorities by supporting key partners in driving licensee/partner marketing plans and solutions
•    Driving Brand partnerships that extend awareness and ultimately support driving revenue 
•    Supporting delivery of Trade Show events (eg. Toy Fair)
•    Establishing and tracking KPI’s for each activity, working with licensees/ retailers to measure ROI
•    Building strong relationships across key retailer marketing teams to understand their marketing objectives and promotional mechanics
•    Working with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver all creative assets needed to deliver retail marketing campaigns

 

What are we looking for? What’s essential?  
 
•    Experience at a consumer products or entertainment company (minimum of 4 years)
•    Solid understanding of the Australian retail landscape 
•    Strong relationships with retailers and licensees (clients)  
•    Excellent time management and organisation skills
•    Strong presentation skills including strong Microsoft Office skills and strong communication skills
