What you’ll do as an Internal Recruitment Consultant:

 

With an agile mindset, the Internal Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing recruitment lifecycles (from briefings through to offer stages) to attract talent, steadfast care for candidates and a passion for delivering successful recruitment outcomes for the business.

Duties/responsibilities including:

 

  • Engaging with hiring managers to gain an understanding of current and future talent needs

  • Educating managers/providing talent advisory via analysis & insights

  • Building qualified pipelines for hard to fill and frequently hired roles

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across various departments nationally

  

What are we looking for? What’s essential?  

 

  • 1-2+ years experience in end-to-end internal and/or agency recruitment

  • A ‘can do’ positive attitude

  • An ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong customer service mindset

  • Good social and relationship skills

  • Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills and experience

  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
