What you’ll do as an Account Manager: 


As one of our Digital Account Manager’s at 10 ViacomCBS you will have amazing opportunities to work with & collaborate with some of the world’s most iconic, innovative and successful brands.


Managing your very own portfolio of fantastic clients, this role is all about maintaining & developing mutually beneficial relationships. You’re an integral part of your clients’ digital jigsaw, you’ll be seen as the ‘go to person/the trusted digital adviser’ providing your clients with data driven insights that’ll best help them understand how best they can optimise their digital investments across all of 10’s screens.


Collaboration is key, you’ll be seen as a vital member of the team, working with our broadcast & sponsorship counterparts on network-wide integrated responses on some of Australia’s most popular TV programs. You’ll gain amazing exposure to all methods of trading, from both direct and programmatic standpoints. Learning opportunities in these areas will help you obtain skills that will be invaluable to your future career growth. While we’re certainly not expecting you to be an expert in all areas, it’s important that you just have a great attitude and a positive outlook in terms of your desire to learn.


Meeting up with your clients regularly, whether that be over a coffee or presenting to them more formally, your clients will come to view you as a subject matter expert, personable, detail orientated, approachable, reliable, great communicator, someone that’s genuinely curious to learn more about their business, a fair negotiator, an influencer and finally more than anything someone they can trust!


It’s also worth noting that the portfolio that you’ll inherit is performing exceptionally well and you will become a key part of an already overachieving digital team!

What are we looking for in a Digital Account Manager? What’s important?  


Account management experience
Understanding of the digital media landscape
Excellent stakeholder management skills
First-rate presentation skills 
Genuine passion for television and digital content
