We're looking for a highly motivated Programmatic Account Manager (Sydney based role), responsible for growing programmatic ad revenue across Paramount's portfolio of digital assets.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, your primary function will be to closely collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and provide best-in-market programmatic solutions to our clients and agencies.  The role will have a strong focus on programmatic sales and audience solutions.

Further details:

Delivering on programmatic revenue targets and supporting the implementation of revenue growth strategies, by effectively leveraging the entire portfolio of digital assets including video and display for Paramount across Australia. Providing the best solution to programmatic buyers and their clients. Day to day management and implementation of campaigns. Building and maintaining relationships with trade desks, SSP’s, agencies and clients maximising revenue across a portfolio of clients. Supporting internal education around the evolving programmatic landscape space & encouraging knowledge sharing across sales and operations teams within Paramount, to drive adoption and growth of programmatic revenue. Keeping up with new and innovative programmatic capabilities and trends and presenting new opportunities to clients & internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for in a Programmatic Account Manager? What’s important?

•    At least 12 months hands on programmatic experience in an agency, publisher and/or ad tech
•    Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising space
•    Experience running programmatic campaigns
•    Agency and buyer relationships with sound knowledge of trading desks, DSPs, SSPs & buy side ad tech
•    Proven track record of results and delivery
