Enough about us, what you’ll do as a Senior Content Services Operator: 

•    Overseeing and providing guidance for all operational tasks required within the content services area (including areas of media asset management, ingest, QC, workflow management and distribution)
•    Supplying workflow administration, ensuring media items that are subject to preparation workflow stages are completed efficiently, adhere technical and regulatory compliance standards and meet delivery and distribution deadlines for local and international platforms including linear, catch up and SVOD services
•    Collaborating and liaising with local and international departments to ensure future scheduling/launch media asset requirements are identified, and are adequately supported through planning and organisation of operational resources and system tools
•    Liaising with external service providers ensuring service requirements are identified, adequately prepared and are carried out successfully
•    Overseeing resources and rostering requirements ensuring all operational service expectations are met 
•    Assisting with departmental administrative tasks and providing organisational support where necessary
•    Engaging in special projects working with key stake holders and technical teams to develop, implement and provide ongoing support for local and globalised workflows.
