Enough about us! What you’ll do as an HR BP: 

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will join a passionate HR team that truly embraces best practice, whilst also working on innovative and progressive HR strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for business partnering, ensuring that a capable/productive and engaged workforce is continually being built and maintained. Engaging with your own client group you will help to ensure all aspects of the employee lifecycle is well managed and in line with Paramount’s policies and expectations.


Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):


•    Coaching and developing senior sales leaders through building a strong trusted partnership
•    Supporting on senior and complex employee relations issues
•    Building effective working relationships with centres of excellence teams
•    Supporting process improvement and system changes, automating manual processes


What are we looking for in an HR BP? What’s important?  

•    5+ years experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
•    Operated successfully in a global matrix organisation 
•    Experience of large-scale change projects
•    Strong background in employee relations matters, particularly case management
•    You’re resilient, collaborative, an influencer and solution driven

Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:  

•    Experience managing a sales group
•    HR qualification
•    Media/digital background
