Enough about us! What you’ll do as an Analytics Manager (Sydney based role): 

 

As an Analytics Manager in our international streaming team, you will be responsible for helping execute the design tracking data system to monitor key performance indicators pertaining to growth, engagement and content. It also involves designing and implementing performance tracking solutions via the inhouse tools and capabilities. This role also will also have the opportunity to be involved with central analytics teams to participate in consumer behaviour modelling, predictive analysis, A/B testing and similar data science projects specific to the Australian streaming business and/or in support of the overall international streaming organisation.  

 

We are scaling up our international data analytics team for streaming to transform how we manage customers across all life cycles. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is passionate about data and entertainment, and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

 

What are we looking for in an Analytics Manager? What’s important?   

 

•    7+ years experience with data manipulation tools and languages (SQL, Python. R etc.) 
•    Experience using SQL for data extraction, feature development etc. 
•    Qualification in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics 
•    Experience in at least one of: Predictive Modelling, Optimization, Clustering or NLP 
•    Visualization software (Tableau, Google Data Studio or another similar tool) 
•    Ability to quickly understand business objectives and problem solving  
•    Creating meaningful analytical solutions 
•    Experience with DBT, Snowflake/Redshift 
•    Requirements gathering and documentation

 

Extra points for any of the following: 

 

•    Domain knowledge of the media/streaming sector
•    Experience within a digital, media, subscriptions, consulting or telco environment 
•    Experience using Alteryx  
•    Experience with Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools
